Support key stakeholders by providing context and/or expertise in business-critical decisions.
  • Support the Head of Production and the Production team to develop, communicate and implement an operational strategy for the local slate of Netflix projects.
  • Align regularly with Netflix colleagues across UCAN, EMEA, and the Globe to share best practices and integrate new learnings from other regions.
  • Review pitches and work with internal teams, Executive Producers and Line Producers to vet show budgets and schedules, providing feedback on viability and risks.

  • Build and maintain a strong connection with the industry and BTL talents.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive production management experience as a Line Producer or Production Executive.
  • Experience managing the production of local TV.
  • Knowledge of the service market for international productions is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment simultaneously supervising multiple projects at various points of production (from development through delivery).
