The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the design, development, and implementation of system communications and training. The HCMS Specialist is responsible for working closely with team members on program development, support, and reporting. This role works on system updates and system enhancements as well as ensuring data integrity within the system.
• Monitors compliance with HCMS systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe’s business needs and internal partners
• Ensures tools, pages, security, and other components of the system are present and that program logistics run smoothly
• Assesses, implements, and assists Senior Analyst and Analyst in managing System needs for all client groups
• Observes system performance and make recommendations to ensure optimal performance
• Informs system users regarding system functionality updates and enhancements, existing and new processes, and best practices
• Creates and supports reporting data architecture and view creation with reporting data architecture and view creation with Reporting Technologies
• Researches, designs and schedules standardized reports, or creates ad hoc reports or data queries utilizing appropriate tools and systems
• Develops and maintains reporting applications, menus and access restrictions for system reports
