Overview

As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health of our master data and executing corrective actions. You will collaborate with our Global Business Services Hub and Market Team to ensure optimal planning parameters in our planning systems. Your role will involve liaising with Market and Global Business Services planners to ensure timely receipt of inputs required to maintain master data. You will also be responsible for updating and creating any new reports as requested, ensuring they are created in line with requirements and delivered on time.

This role will be recruited at our Capability Center starting from 2024. As such, there will be a level of initial ambiguity as the processes are adopted across during the transition. Therefore, we expect you to be flexible in your approach as processes are primarily fixed, then shifted and improved over following strategy cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Planning master data creation and maintenance. You will set up and maintain static and dynamic master data required to create plans, proven capacities, line speeds, lead time, etc. You will need to pay attention to detail to query any deviation or lack of clarity in data change requests from end users.
  • Following data rules and data template user instructions, ensuring effective and prompt communication with data change update requesters to ensure service level. You will track and periodically report performance management on data requests that will enable continuous improvement in data quality.
  • Monitoring and maintaining optimal planning parameters in planning systems, and identifying when parameters need review.
  • Dashboard adaptation and dashboard refresh in the required frequency, design and creation of new reports based on L1 and L2 requirements, and extraction of relevant data to conduct ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience, including master data processing and execution.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A keen attention to detail.
