PepsiCo’s Data Management and Operations (DMO) team is tasked with the responsibility of managing the end-to-end process for the creation and maintenance of master data across four main operational business domains: materials, customers, vendors & finance. DMO also ensure high quality master data across enterprise systems.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the right people, process, organization and governance are in place to deliver high quality data management services to sector stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the DMO Service Delivery data management strategy, vision and capabilities
  • Accountable for the performance of the DMO Service Delivery teams around the delivery of services and reports in line with agreed service level agreements or other performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Drive changes to current state (ways or working and processes), based on experience and best practice, where such changes can help improve productivity, quality and deliver value for PEP stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the DMO Service Delivery organization for master data across the O2C process (e.g., Customer master data and supplementary data), provide expertise, encourage and ensure teamwork, align work processes in order to comply with statutory, tax, and other requirements, achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment
  • Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth and development, capability building, reward/recognition, succession planning, ultimately driving an excellent associate experience and building culture/engagement
  • Co-ordinate with other DMO Service Delivery Capability leads to understand opportunities to build capabilities

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred 
  • Minimum of 15+ years of relevant data management experience within consumer industry.
  • Experience with SAP ECC/ SAP S/4/ SAP MDG
  • Experience with BPM Tools-ARIS(Preferred)
  • Experience with Process Mining Tools (Celonis)
  • Experience with Mass Maintenance Tools (Winshuttle)
  • Expert in Customer domain end-to-end process (O2C)
  • Knowledge in other end-to-end master data domains (e.g., Vendors, Materials & Finance)-Preferred
