Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

This role is to provide support as a surge resource to initialize all input data for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA). The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly.  This role is responsible for data accuracy for all locations/material in scope for PBNA. This role will entail monitoring data quality metrics, engaging SMEs in field and sector to determine appropriate input values for each parameter. It will include running sensitivity anslyses to determine impact of a range of choices for input values have on the output vales; analyze and review data. Surge resources will also be required to initialize all the data and meet the exit criteria for exiting hypercare

 

Your Impact

 

As Supply Chain Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Support Cross functional partner 
    • Monitor for QoS Issues
    • Implement model changes
    • Implement/Monitor input data consistency checks
    • Investigate input data discrepancies (for e.g. schedule adherence < 60%)
  • Support Analytics/Visualization
    • Update dashboards weekly
    • Implement enhancements
    • Perform data consistency checks
    • Create, share & respond to weekly Items to Review report
  • Data Management/Maintenance
    • Sourcing Changes – Managing C&O request on a daily basis
    • Mantinaing a 2-3 day SLA in loading the sourcing ratio changes and closing out the request
    • Replenshment Planning (RP) Sourcing Ratio Clean up

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, etc.)

Experience

  • Fluent knowledge of and use of MS EXCEL, Powerpoint, Word, and Business Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP IBP tools
  • 1-3 years of planning / inventory management experience
