Overview

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruitment process administration and transactions to be completed for the respective process based on the agreed service catalog and SLAs. In this role you will have direct exposure to Romanian business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for; you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Recruitment admin processes to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality of all employee records;
  • Acting as an admin support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR BPs;
  • Providing staffing support with a goal of filling open roles with qualified talents while achieving target metrics (i.e. Time-to-Accept, Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores);
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers for all administrative queries and provision of administrative support;
  • Delivering services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Romanian at least on B2 level, fluent English;
  • Recruitment Administration process experience;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience of using HR Management systems, e.g. Oracle, SAP, would be beneficial;
  • Applicant tracking system experience is a plus;
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently work against the right priorities;
  • Candidate focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills;
  • A collaborative team player with a strong “to do” attitude & sense of ownership.
