Responsibilities

Secure and service ‘Catering’ Business through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and prospecting, while maintaining our established Four Seasons standards and maximizing revenue/profit potential. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.  This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business

• Three to five years previous catering/sales experience

• Ability to multitask and work long irregular hours, weekends and evenings

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
