We are currently recruiting an ANZ Operations Finance Manager.

The primary objective of this role is to lead the ANZ Manufacturing, Financial Reporting, Product Costing, Performance Management, Financial Planning and Risk Management finance agenda.

The role requires strong people management skills to collaborate and influence the relevant functional teams, lead professional finance teams, and allocate resources to support the delivery of Operations Financial plans.

Key accountabilities include:

Lead the ANZ Manufacturing, Financial reporting & performance management processes.

Lead the ANZ CAPEX and Manufacturing Annual Financial Planning Processes.

Drive the risk management agenda for P2P processes from Operations finance perspective.

Provide financial and process simplification leadership for Supply Chain Function.

Lead the Product Costing Agenda for ANZ.

Requirements for the role:

Experience in a similar role.

The position requires strong leadership.

The role necessitates strong communication skills to liaise and influence Operations Leadership team and the wider finance community.
