Route Design Analyst with Turkish - Kraków, Poland

Role Overview

This role supports route design activities for our stakeholders in the Turkish market. Working closely with the sales field managers, the role optimizes vehicle routes and schedules to enhance efficiency, revenue balance, and operational performance using the Route Design program, while contributing to key performance indicators and distributor profitability. Additionally, the role is responsible for creating scorecards and dashboards to monitor and support major projects related to route design and the GTM team in the Turkish market.

• Optimize vehicle routes and schedules to enhance efficiency, revenue balance, and operational performance using the Route Design program;
• Work closely with sales field managers to ensure optimal vehicle structure and route integrity;
• Contribute to key performance indicators and distributor profitability through effective route optimization;
• Create and maintain scorecards and dashboards to monitor and support major projects related to route design and the GTM team in the Turkish market;
• Prepare and update customer lists for optimization purposes;
• Ensure revised customer lists are accurately verified and implemented;
• Perform mass and manual changes to customer data as required;
• Conduct optimization meetings to address imbalances in revenue, daily operations, and hinterland;
• Review field requests monthly and schedule optimization activities accordingly;
• Conduct span of control studies based on field opportunities or needs and share analyses with the field;
• Calculate and report on kilometers saved and profit generated from monthly optimizations;
• Update customer segment and project scope lists monthly to ensure correct frequency assignments;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations, and Excel lists to support sales analysis needs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field);
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting;
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and visualization tools;
• Previous exposure to a similar role in an FMCG environment is a plus;
• Excellent oral and written English and Turkish;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel;
• Familiarity with Excellence Excel or prior experience in a Route Design-related role;
