Software Engineer III - Sunnyvale, CA

Position: Software Engineer III 

Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 

Duties: Conduct development on migration to new modern framework using HTML 5, React, and CSS3. Create data layers for unidirectional data flow using React JS for frontend framework and state management. Implement GraphQL services to connect with backend services for consuming Restful web services from frontend. Create a Single Page Application (SPA) using React Router. Implement React components and stand-alone functions to be added to any future pages. Work on accessibility standards and localization. Support the existing issues or bugs. Work on Splunk to check logs and alerts. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Develop applications using Typescript and Javascript. Implement modules into Node JS to integrate with designs and requirements. Provide site reliability support. Develop and support site batch jobs. Perform quality analysis. Perform tasks required for features. Provide OnCall Support for Application features. Align with updated technology stack on developing new and supporting existing features. Collaborate with Product and UX on the development of existing and new features. 

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment. 

Skills required: Experience with application design and development using NodeJS and React JS. Experience with React Testing Library. Experience styling UI application with CSS. Experience with React state. Experience with Route Management in React Application. Experience with repository maintenance using GIT. Experience using Restful API for data access. Experience with application development using Typescript and Javascript. Experience with database access using Oracle SQL DB. Experience coding and providing support with Java and NodeJS. Experience with quality assurance and analysis. Experience providing on-call support and on-site reliability support. Experience developing and supporting batch jobs. Experience with modern tech stack. Experience with agile principles related to software development lifecycle. Experience providing solutions for new application features. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. 

Salary Range: $109,780/year to $216,000/year.  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.   Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
