Business Process Analyst - Washington, DC

Primary Responsibilities

• Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.

• Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.

• Communicates with internal and client project team members.

• Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

• Researching best business practices within and outside the organization

• Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity, customer initiatives and cost reduction.

Basic Qualifications

• Requires a BA degree and over 2 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree 10 plus years of experience may be considered.

• Support help desk operations with problem and incident optimization

• Streamline process flows to enhance issue handling time in help desk operations

• Develop reports and recommendations for process improvements

• Solid understanding of key communications tools, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
