Principal Program Finance Analyst - 6314 Remote/Teleworker US

Leidos has an immediate opening for a Principal Program Finance Analyst to support programs in the Land Systems Business Area within the Defense Systems Sector.  In this role, you will work alongside Program Managers in the development and all aspects of financial accounting with regard to the AOP and financial forecasting. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide program planning, tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Manage internal projects from initiation through completion; this includes providing detailed schedules, managing resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Significant interface with the Program Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations in all aspects of program structure/deliverables. 
• Implement financial policies and procedures in support of the program. 
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, develop schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), and budgets.
• Assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management. 
• Provide data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews. 
• Prepare written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 – 15 years of program financial control experience. 
• Extensive knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. 
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry standard financial systems and applications; such as:  Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, Cobra, LPAS, and Cost Point. 
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as: Project, Excel, and Word.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
