Marketing Director - Innovation & Culinary - Mississauga, Canada

We are hiring a Marketing Director to lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals and Culinary.  A change leader and influencer, this person will build a strategic vision, set the agenda, have oversight of the innovation launch calendar and lead best in class cross functional alignment.

• Oversee Innovation launch calendar and ensure support and alignment from cross functional partners including National, regional, channel and customer specific innovations.
• Lead strategy and execution for three year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals & culinary partnering with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels
• Lead whitespace development for strategy and innovation for On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks
• Coach, motivate and develop a marketing team of 3, while having strong dotted line managerial linkage to cross functional partners.
• Play Innovation lead role on the PFC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), PFC ILT (Innovation Leadership Team and Growth Council

• Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred)
• 10+ years Marketing experience in CPG and/or relevant industry
• Expert in simplifying complexity no matter the level of ambiguity, incl. the development of strategies that are executable by cross functional partners
• 5+ years demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
