The Opportunity

Provide raw material ordering and coordination support for PepsiCo Beverages Company manufacturing sites

Your Impact

As Supply Chain Materials Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Timely and accurate ordering of raw materials, concentrate, and sugars required for full goods production at Supply Chain Manufacturing Sites
• Weekly Inventory Management
• Proactive tracking for production materials with necessary alerts for anticipated service gaps
• Material order changes as needed based on material gaps and planning/scheduling changes
• Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
• Inventory Analysis
• Track KPIs and costs to anticipate and correct trends in materials goods that would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Work with Materials Requirement Planning Team on supplier changes
• Regular attendance in all required production schedule meetings to discuss material needs

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

• Fluent English
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
• 1-2 years of supply chain or operations experience
• Availability to work Wed/Thur/Fri 5:30 pm - 1:30 am AND Sat/Sun 9 am - 5 pm
