Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Must have Skills : Automotive Functional Safety, Automotive Software Defined Vehicles Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead project teams, mentor team members\n2. Monitor, track and report on project progress\n3. Create project plan, set goals\n4. Work closely with internal and external stake holders\n5. Exposure in developing Applications for Automotive Control units \n6. Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Project plan and others \n7. Exposure in working with global clients Technical Experience : 1. 8-10 years of experience working in Embedded Software projects preferably in Automotive domain\n2. Extensive experience in delivery methologies like SAFe, Agile, ASPICE\n3. Experience in managing medium to large scale projects for Automotive OEMs, Tier1 \n3. Exposure in Functional safety standards\n4. Exposure in Automotive protocols like CAN, diagnostic protocols like UDS, OBD-II\n\n9. Experience in Functional safety, TARA, Safety standards Professional Attributes : 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n2. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
