Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have Skills : Service Desk Management, SSI: Service Desk Voice Support NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: NON SSI: Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Client relation management b: Operations management c: People and Performance management d: Transition management e: Budget and cost pyramid management f: Provide cross functional support Technical Experience : a: Ensure client value creation b: Maintain good rapport with clients c: Participate in client meeting and client reviews d: Manage client communications including knowledge transfers e: Show case service desk capabilities to prospective clients f: Fifteen to twenty years of experience g: Minimum ten years of operations management experience in Service Desk domain supporting global customers h: Minimum three years of Client handling experience Professional Attributes : a: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette and customer service skills b: 24x7 Support, mostly night shifts and rotation are ONLY as per project requirement c: 5 days working from office per week with two weekly offs based on roster d: Good people management skills Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree Additional Info : Flexibility to work in shifts,weekends and Indian holidaysLocation-Bengaluru, Gurugram Only
