Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Vmware Virtualization Administration to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage and support the operations of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Ensure smooth delivery of services by monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems and services. - Develop and maintain documentation related to production systems and services, including standard operating procedures and runbooks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of production systems and services. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production systems and services. - Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to production systems and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows/VMware Server Administration.
