Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: Project Role : Service Management Practitioner. Project Role Description : Manage Major and Critical incidents lifecycle, Key in supporting the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team outages. Must have Skills : IT Service Management (Incident Management) Good to Have Skills : Infrastructure Service Management. Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities: a) Drive critical incidents troubleshooting bridge. b, Co-ordinate between multiple teams for effective resolution of P1 and ensure all resolver teams join the bridge call on time c, Service Now tools used in logging and monitoring incidents, d Effective at managing multiple high priority activities with conflicting urgencies e Should be proficient in preparing communications that is clear, capturing all accurate updates leading to resolution Technical Experience: a Conceptual knowledge of networking concepts b Awareness of Incident management tools ITSM / Service Now c ITIL Certification or equivalent process knowledge Engineering Graduate Professional Experience: a Support teams in carrying out multiple Incident management activities b Should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and weekly offs c Be able to summarize the outcome of critical incidents and prepare excel based reports that is published to management d Basic power point presentations Educational Qualification: a 15 years of full time employment Additional Information: a Excellent communication skills15 years full time education
