Job Description: Power BI and UI/UX Design Specialist with Python and SQL Capabilities (Specialist) Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile and creative individual to join our team as a Power BI and UI/UX Design Specialist with proficiency in Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles, coupled with the ability to create intuitive user interfaces and experiences. This role will involve developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, designing visually appealing user interfaces, and utilizing Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders ? Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web-based applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey ? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and user interface designs ? Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks, including data cleaning, transformation, and modeling ? Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy ? Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize UI/UX designs and gather feedback from stakeholders ? Create and maintain documentation for Excel and Power BI solutions, including data dictionaries, process flows, and user guides. ? Provide training and support to end-users on Excel and Power BI functionalities. ? Optimize data models and queries to enhance report performance and usability. ? Implement best practices for UI/UX design, including accessibility, responsiveness, and usability testing ? Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs and integration with backend systems ? Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power BI, UI/UX design, Python, and SQL. ? 10) Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline data analysis workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with advanced knowledge in DAX Query and M Query. • Strong UI/UX design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks. • Solid understanding of SQL and experience in writing complex queries for data extraction and analysis. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. • Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. • Certifications in Power BI, UI/UX design, Python, or SQL are desirable but not required. • Having additional knowledge on MS Power Tools (Power Automate and Power Apps) is a plus
