This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

About the role of Commis Server in La Dame de Pic:

An integral part of the La Dame de Pic Front of House team, the Commis Server assists the Chef de Rang with service to ensure the plates, silver and pass are cleaned at all times and the mise en place is completed prior to service and continuously replenished during service.
