Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions using your expertise in Solution Architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets business requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Packaged Application Development. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
