Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of back office system data records. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Strong understanding of network security operations. - Experience with configuring and managing telecommunication network elements. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with network troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
