Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to quality and play a crucial role in keeping our world-class systems running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the interface between the client and the system or application - Use exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues - Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system or application issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems - Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain customer satisfaction - Document and maintain records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to knowledge base - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices - Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools - Ability to analyze and interpret network logs and traffic patterns Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A degree in a relevant field is required
