Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP DMC/MII/ME. - Have implemented solutions for integrating Shop floor Devices with SAP DMC, experience in OPC-UA protocol - Have done solution designing for all the functional and non-functional requirements for SAP DMC - Hands on experience defining solution, system configuration, UI/UX development and setup in projects. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP DMC - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
