Role Description ? This role requires deep expertise in GCP, strong technical skills to manage and optimize the use of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Ensuring efficient and secure operations of the cloud infrastructure. ? Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, scalability, and security. ? Leverage Google’s suite of tools to drive business value. ? Analyze client requirements and optimize cloud services architecture for performance and cost. ? Manage the security of the cloud environment by implementing best practices and compliance standards. ? Manage Linux-based systems deployed in the cloud environment. Must have skills ? Be the go-to person for Cloud platform for design, deployment, operations, Audit and Assurance. ? Achieve project objectives; technically guide projects through to completion. Ensure deliverables are completed within target timeframes and are consistently of high-quality. ? Identify and implement best practices, tools and standards ? Automate repetitive tasks ? Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance. Good to have skills • Hands-on Linux administration experience on RedHat, Suse Linux versions • Hands-on experience on Pacemaker clusters. Job requirements • Key responsibilities • Work with the customer and Accenture stakeholders to maintain smooth functioning of the operational run support. • Manage and own the deliverables. Implement the principle of continuous improvement with respect to optimizing people and process in all architecture. • Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design complies with regulatory and internal security policies. • Evaluate new tools and tool enhancements. Technical experience • Technically own the operational management of Google Cloud platform SLA’s & KPI’s. • Oversee the configuration and management of the GCP services • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed • Ability to review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines • Ability to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements Professional attributes • Should be ready to operate in 24x7 support model. • Good client communication skills. • Team collaboration.
