Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Database Administration. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle databases to ensure data integrity and availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure optimal performance and scalability. - Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability in the event of a disaster. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager. - Solid understanding of database architecture and design principles. - Experience with database tuning and optimization. - Experience with database backup and recovery procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
