Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. - Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that are scalable and optimized for operational efficiencies. - Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. - Provide resources and support to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to IT infrastructure. - Continuously improve and optimize the infrastructure to meet dynamic business demands. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Experience with IT Infrastructure Operations. - Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design principles and best practices. - Knowledge of network architecture and protocols. - Familiarity with data center operations and management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Any Graduate degree is required.
