Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support for infrastructure service management in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Ensure the availability and reliability of infrastructure services, including monitoring and maintenance of systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in infrastructure service management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
