Portfolio Management Process Lead

Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management tool of the organization and the related support for systems design, development and establishing relationships with dedicated business implementation teams to advocate for business requirements during implementation endeavors. The role actively engages in portfolio management processes to ensure comprehensive communications to stakeholders and support the design and adjustment of the required processes while implementing refinements for ongoing org objectives. The role works directly with customers to understand and propose tailored solutions, collaborates on project-based work, and leads moderate to high complexity projects, contributing to the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Responsibilities
• Establishes and fosters relationships with dedicated business implementation teams, leveraging comprehensive business understanding to drive impactful enhancements in collaboration for the portfolio management processes and the portfolio management tool.

• Leads systems design and development by translating business requirements to technical requirements.
• Adheres to established processes and implements process refinements as necessary to fulfill ongoing team objectives.
• Works directly with customers to understand and document their needs, proposing solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Develops comprehensive project plans, design documents, templates, and other essential project deliverables.
• Engages in collaborative efforts with fellow architects, specialists, consultants, and contractors in project-based work.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree.
