Mission

This team’s mission is to enable HP to efficiently support our customers on their sustainability journey and turn this into a demonstrable competitive advantage by driving our operational excellence across our support activities, processes, and tools. As part of this role, this person will be responsible for

Responsible for Business Contribution Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze and report on the business's contributions, preparing quarterly business reviews with a focus on Team KPIs across different levels..
  • Maintain the Team metrics dashboard to ensure data consistency and provide comprehensive narratives that highlight customer sustainability requirements and emerging trends.

  • Define, maintain, and run the joint management process of sustainability with our Commercial Organization: roles & responsibilities, governance (at a global and local, SLAs, objectives) and continuously refining processes aiming operational excellence.

Responsible for team daily operations and process improvements

  • Drive complex process improvement initiatives across the SI&C organization to enhance operational excellence.

  • Lead and monitor project progress and operational topics, supporting management with data-driven insights into market trends and customer needs.

  • Support management on ad hoc requests, requiring data analysis interpretation to provide insights on market trends and customer needs & requirements to help guide HP product & services/solutions strategies.

  • Ensure effective governance for internal team forums and manage external stakeholder engagements.

  • Act as a team leader for CW team members, overseeing their activities and workload management.

Sales Enablement programs and support:

  • Spearhead key enablement programs, including the Sustainable Impact champions' network, to empower sales teams.

  • Coordinate with Sustainable Impact Country Managers to support their sales efforts and advocate for market-specific needs within global teams.

  • Identify and disseminate best practices across markets to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

Requirements & essential skills

  • Passion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus)

  • Minimum to 5 years of work experience, preferably in sustainability, business, or complex project management.

  • Capacity to think strategically to develop new ideas and a strong plan; and the leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills to rally support from internal and external stakeholders to deliver on our objectives.

  • Strong project management skills – ideally complex, cross-functional, and international.

  • Strong problem-solving skills. Capacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.

  • Enthusiasm, ability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Authentic customer service orientation combined with solid business acumen.

  • Strong quality orientation. Rigor and attention to detail.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.
