Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : SAP BASIS Administration, not required
Good to have skills : SAP HANA DB Administration

Summary: Require Expert in Non-Notweaver, BOBJ, Oracle, Sybase Database, SAP performance tunning, good troubleshooter and having knowledge on SAP SUM upgrade". Preferably ECS HEC experience candidate is required who will be responsible for working on complex troubleshooting and on outages for restoring the availability of systems for normal operations Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP BASIS Administration and SAP HANA DB Administration. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes. - Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - Candidate should have in-depth hands-on ABAP/JAVA/HANA experience - Candidate should have at least one third party software Non-NW like BOBJ/BODS/OpenText experience - Expert knowledge of Basis/NetWeaver, OS Linux, HANA, Sybase DB - Good knowledge in dual stack Application Server-ABAP Java based systems - Perform Root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive escalations calls with the customer - Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and components. - Experience in system upgrades and migrations. - Experience in technical documentation and process development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
