Job Description

U.S. Bank National Association is seeking the position of Product Manager - Global Acquiring Solutions (multiple positions) in Minneapolis, MN 

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Healthcare Verticals business goals through product improvements.   

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, cascading business objectives and market opportunities into product priorities.   

  • Evaluate market needs and competition to recommend product enhancements.   

  • Prioritize and filter product capabilities that support the organization’s goals.   

  • Write and coordinate release communication for releases and maintain a frequent incremental approach to enhancements.   

  • Translate business, market and customer needs into product strategy and requirements.   

  • Drive internal product decisions related to Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Sales Enablement, Legal, and Compliance.   

  • Ensure alignments across internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Advocate best practices for the Product.   

  • Develop solution workflows and high level solution design.   

  • Identify and remove impediments and lead the execution of release objectives. 


Basic Qualifications: 

Position requires a Master’s degree in business operations, strategic management, or strategic administration field (including business or healthcare administration), and 2 years of experience in related occupation. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in business operations, strategic management, or strategic administration field (including business or healthcare administration), and 5 years of experience in related occupation. 

 

Required Skills/Experience: 
1 year of experience with each of the following:  Driving internal product delivery process; Writing user and story acceptance criteria; Ensuring customer issues are integrated into product sprints; Participating in product release planning and backlog prioritization; Providing product demonstrations internally and to customers; APIs integration; Agile; QA-regression and integration testing; Aha! product management tool; Tableau; and, Qlik Data Visualization Tools.
