Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth project operations, coordinating with team members, and providing regular updates on project progress. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate with project teams to track and manage project management office activities. - Proactively monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. - Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project issues. - Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders. - Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident management. - Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents in a timely manner. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Graduate or above degree is required.
