Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Ruby Software Developer to join our team. As a Ruby Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SDKs and Libraries in Ruby, supporting existing SDKs/Libraries, and integrating new features. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development, a passion for building scalable solutions, and experience with API integrations. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SDKs and Libraries in Ruby for seamless integration with our platform. Support and troubleshoot existing SDKs/Libraries, addressing issues and bugs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Enhance SDKs/Libraries functionality by implementing new features and optimizing performance. Write clean, readable, and efficient code following Ruby best practices and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience (X years) in Ruby on Rails development, building SDKs, libraries, and APIs. Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts effectively. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of other programming languages such as PHP, Go, or .NET is advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker). Understanding of scalable and distributed systems.
