Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support for Red Hat OS Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and solving issues within multiple components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of system improvements and upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools. - Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
