CIRT DLP Response Associate - Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

Act as the first responder for cyber-security incidents identified through the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool. Analyze, respond to and escalate potential security breaches to Project Management, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal, or CIRT senior investigators for further investigation, as appropriate.

• Ensure security events are reviewed, addressed and closed within a prescribed timeframe.
• Keep all tracking and recording tools current and updated with the required information at all times.
• Effectively work and collaborate with a global team.
• Organize workflow, ensuring that team members understand their duties and assigned tasks.
• Train newer team members and monitor team productivity and attendance.
• Create and update team processes and documentation, as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred
• Basic knowledge regarding computers / networking.
• Average problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong sense of ethics & values, ability to handle confidential situations with discretion.
• Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations or geographies.

Good to Have:

• IT Security, is a plus.
• Workstation and Server Operating systems (Windows, Linux or OS X, iOS/Android)
• Ability to manipulate and present data using MS Office and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload
• Experienced as TSR or Helpdesk is an advantage
