Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and drive efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application architecture, and coding and testing applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop applications using SAP FI CO Finance to meet business process and application requirements. - Configure and customize applications to align with business needs and optimize performance. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP FI CO Finance to continuously enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing SAP FI CO applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Recommendation: Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. - Recommendation: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its features. - Recommendation: Understanding of financial planning and analysis processes. - Recommendation: Proficiency in SQL and database management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
