You will also measure progress toward the target state. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure service management change initiatives. - Define the change vision and acceptance strategy for the organization. - Develop and implement the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change. - Measure progress toward the target state and adjust change initiatives as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with change management methodologies and tools. - Experience in leading and managing change initiatives. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure progress toward target state. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in management consulting, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful change initiatives. - This position is based at our Jaipur office.15 years of regular education qualification
