Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management Change Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy. Your typical day will involve defining the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change. You will also measure progress toward the target state. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure service management change initiatives. - Define the change vision and acceptance strategy for the organization. - Develop and implement the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change. - Measure progress toward the target state and adjust change initiatives as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with change management methodologies and tools. - Experience in leading and managing change initiatives. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure progress toward target state. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in management consulting, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful change initiatives. - This position is based at our Jaipur office.
