Overview

The FSQA Digital Application & Reporting  Assistant Scientist’s role will be primarily focused on the administration of Sustain activities on deployed FSQA Digital Tools and  associated reporting requirements from the Digital Applications. It woud involve User Access Management , Issue Resolution , Enhancemnet management activities associated with Deployed Digital Applications.


Responsibilities

 

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • User Access Management: Applicable to all FSQA digital tools :
    • Set up users during deployment phase of the Tool .
    • Supporting Bulk Upload and access Training during Deploymnet Phase of the Tool.
    • Set up new users during sustain phase of the Tool.
    • Ensure the Tool only has active users.
    • Manage Governance and control on access management and lead processes like ACT , ARA for FSQA Tools deployed .

 

  • Issue Resolution for Deployed Digital Tools :

 

  • Responding to the user and validating the Queries raised.
  • Troubleshoot system, product, and process issues by identifying issues and facilitating resolution.
  • Responding to requestor in case of Technical Queries .
  • Responding to Digital SPA email box and directing queries to correct team for issue resolution.
  • Responding Back to requestor on status of queries and keeping a log o the same.

 

  • Food Safety Digital Tools Sustain Activities for the following 4 tools: SONAR/ IRIS/ Allergens App/ Hygienic Design

 

  • Support Governance on Access Management– support ACT and ARA process for each tool.
  • Maintain Issue log for queries raised on each tool.
  • SPA email Box response on Qureis Raised on each tool, validating queries and directing them to correct team.
  • Cordinating with IT teams for Issue resolution and responding back to Users.

 

  • Training in Sustain Phase :
  • Master Trainer for the Tool Being Deployed .
  • Develop and Training recourses Update for Deployed Tools.
  • Create or revise control documents/forms/templates for training.
  • Refreshers for Exiting Users and Training of New users.

 

  • Enhancements Management and Governance –

 

  • Lead Governance of Enhance,nets requested for Deployed Digital Tools and Light House .
  • Log enhancements requested and in progress.
  • Manage the tracker
  • Collect inputs from requestor.
  • Feedback to requestor.
  • Work with IT to align on plans for Deployment
  • Support and Cordinate UAT/ testing of the Enhancements.
  • Perform system testing for new software releases for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Handle system updates and communication with end users and stakeholders.

 

 

  • UAT for During Deploymnet OF Tools & New Dashboards

 

  • Create and maintain User Acceptance Testing process including Scope, Entrance and Exit criteria.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing for FSQA New Tool and New Dashboards in LH --collaborating with IT to raise defects and facilitate retests. 

Qualifications

  • Educational Experience: Bachelor’s degree with related experience in managing Technical Tools like ERP Systems, PLM Tools , Experience in working on specific Applications, Data Management Systems.
  • Demonstrable training, coaching, and/or facilitation skills/experience.
  • Demonstrable significant experience with IT systems eg. Troubleshooting, administration, optimizing etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Ability to work is differet Time Zone’s.

Essential:

  • Understanding of FSQA Programs and Systems.
  • Ability Handle Complex Data and present in simplified Mannner .
  • Exhibit business maturity in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills--ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, analyze data, report metrics, and determine root causes of issues.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to be an SME on cross-functional business teams.
  • Ability to work comfortably-- both independently and in a team environment.

 

Desired:

  • Food, beverage, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry experience/database management (i.e., Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, ProductVision, Trackwise . ).
  • Project management experience (certification or on-the-job training).
  • Experirnce in training audience Quality / Food safety systems and Porcesses.
  • System/software implementation including User Acceptance Testing experience
  • Proficiency in Change Management/ Management of Enhancements
  • Ability to collaborate with those where English is not a first language.
  • Experience in managing Data and developing metrics
