Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

The Sales Finance analyst will be responsible of connect with Sales and Finance teams to execute accruals and analysis of expenses of Disccounts and allowances that were negotiated with customers, must give tracking and visibility to all the teams involved in process (Sales, Finance, Control, Internal Control) about status and pending issues; also must be owner of his processes and give value added in every activity for his stakeholders.

The position interacts with finance, Sales, Control, global and national other areas.

The position is for LATAM service.

 

Your Impact

 

As a Sales Finance Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Deliver a world class service to Global Finance clients according to SLA’s.
  • Consolidate and validate topline or P&L reports for a country in LatAm.
  • Work closely with local Finance and national teams on defining weekly/monthly priorities

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting, economics or finance.

Experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills needed. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills desired.
  • Intermedate Advance English 
  • Basic understanding of Profit and loss lines and its drivers
  • Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes.
  • Able to work without supervision

 Skills

  • Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great attitude, good communication and collaboration skills to be able to connect and work with individuals at all levels and different areas of the organization.
  • Proactively work new ways of working and continuous learning
  • Capacity to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
