As a member of our Central Europe PepsiCo Franchise Team , you will:

• Innovate by developing and implementing marketing activities and human-centric Consumer/ Shopper Brand activation agenda that elevates our brands, using various marketing tools (media to shelf);
• Lead initiatives that drive market growth and ensure our brands iconicity;
• Collaborate with cross-functional PepsiCo & Bottlers teams to execute brand strategies that resonate in diverse markets;
• Analyse market trends, brand performance and consumer insights to support strategic decisions;
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resources allocation.

• Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Organizational Sciences etc);
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a marketing department within an FMCG is preferred;
• Fluency in English and MS Office package;
• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking with ability to analyse market trends and consumer insights;
• Strong communication skills with ability to build cross-functional / cross-cultural relations;
• Flexibility to business travels (1x per month)
