Summary

Manages all aspects of administrative support functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the healthcare facility.

Job Description

Plans, develops, organizes, and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services. Provides analysis of budgets, productivity, project proposals, and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas. Participates in the development of administrative policies and procedures, tactical plans, and programs for the healthcare facility. Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges. Responsible for the hiring, management, disciplinary action, and, if necessary, the termination of staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a minimum of six years’ related experience and supervisory experience is required.
