Production Supervisor - 1st Shift - Hamilton, OH

Position is 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift

• You will supervise approximately 25 - 35 hourly Associates

• On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates

• You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have:

• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Leadership, but other degrees and experience in lieu of education will be considered

• You have 3+ years experience in Production Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry
