Cash Controller - Skawina

Currently for our Power Thermal Europe Region located in Skawina we recruit Cash Controller.

Your challenges:

• Free Cash Flow synthesis, cash comparison vs. budget and RM forecasts for the Flash

• Prepares analytical review of actual Working Capital

• Consolidation of RO Treasury Indicators: Free Cash Flow according to Direct and Indirect Methods calculation

• Consistency checks, reminder to entities, analysis of indicators (working capital variation, DPO, DSO, internal and external overdue...) - Budget/Middle Term Plan

• Coordination of reporting: Consolidation of treasury flows per currency

• Leads actions that improve working capital in the RO. Her/his main focus is on the supply chain payment cycle and on the order to cash cycle with customers.

• Supports optimization of DSO, by monitoring overdues and customer payment terms and leading both short term and medium term action plans to improve these indicators,

• Creation of weekly reports to follow up on overdue

• Building and update of action plan for tracking & erasing overdue

• Daily monitoring of all due and overdue receivables

• Identifies working capital best practices inside or outside the Group and implement new optimization solutions (including credit and cash collections tools)

• Reviews standard payment terms per country, type of purchases

Join our team if you have:

• 1 - 3 year of experience in Finance (controlling, cash collection section)

• Education in financial field will be an advantage;

• Very good knowledge of English (written and oral);

• Very good Excel;

• Analytical skills, open minded

• Knowledge of SAP will be a plus;

• Communicative and organizational skills.
