Role & Responsibilities:

The EC Manager of Commercial platform (Timberland, China) is responsible for the overall EC business of flagship store and authorized store in Tmall/VIP.  Co- work with team and cross function to drive EC business and client management to secure the stable growth, extend market share and secure more resource for brand exposure. This role requires a proven track record in people management, as well as efficiency tracking /KPI analysis, and provide regular EC ROI insights and actions for Tmall , JD & Tiktok.

He/she will be responsible for an integrated team and required to collaborate closely with cross function to drive integrated marketing impact at brand and sales levels.

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : 

Based on E-commerce team sales target, make online strategic sales plan, annual business plan Closely working with e-marketing / product persons, establish annual e-marketing plan base on deep understanding of brand marketing plan. Monitor event execution, evaluate output, and propose optimization plan. Develop & execute EC wholesale sales plan to develop EC key clients as well as achieve revenue, profitability, and brand positioning targets. Accurate sales analysis and report to keep sustainable tracking of business health. Be mainly responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy and operation plan to better handle EC DTC & whole in commercial platform of JD/VIP, maximum brand resource to get win win result. Managing the daily operation of flagship store and be responsible monitoring for resource allocations in all areas including sales, operation, and analysis Work with team members to establish right assortments of the operation plan that best fit channel. Support brand online membership recruitment to contribute more brand members. Better manage the budget and deliver the solid ROI for better sales performance.

Sales achievement in line with overall EC trends/performance Good management of commercial platform operation to deliver a healthy sales growth rather than pure promotion driven. Differentiate positioning with flagship store and help clients for better support. Analyze business and sales data to produce reports on a quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis.

Major Challenge:

Balance the positioning of flagship store and authorized store sales weight and assortment support

Less brand resource to drive sales in commercial platform.
