Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Enterprise Architecture Framework and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using the Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery, including working with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the application development lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to application development, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with application development using Java, .NET, or other programming languages. - Experience with database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise-level application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-level applications. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
