Summary: As a Qlik Platform Admin, you will be an important part of our Customer’s continued success and Qlik’s too! The role involves great responsibility and opportunity to develop your inter-personal skills and learn our market leading products and how they work in a complex and powerful environment. Responsibilities include: Candidate should have exp in Qlik admin activities Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage day to day operations of Qlik Platforms. • Deliver customer service within specified service levels and typically around more complex problems including diagnosis and resolution of issues within a Qlik Platform. • Perform periodic maintenance and upgrades of Qlik Software components. • Collaborating with the Qlik global support team to solve customer technical issues • Resolving customers technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of ITSM Tools and processes. • Actively contributing with creating technical articles, using and maintaining QLIK knowledge base Professional & Technical Skills: • A bachelor’s degree (mandatory), or a master’s equivalent (preferable) • English at a fluent level • Flexibility of work schedule based on our Global Customers. • 5-6 Years managing Qlik Sense/QlikView Environments • Understanding of Windows Server architecture –W2012, W2016 and IIS • Familiar with one or more server-side scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Understanding of application layer protocols, such as HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP and Web sockets. • Knowledge / experience with Qlik products • Excellent interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Resource should work from Client location.
