Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will be responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Upskill and cross-skill technology talent to keep them market-relevant. - Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization and its employees. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology education and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. - Strong understanding of technology education and training methodologies. - Experience in delivering training programs to diverse audiences. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in JavaScript. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology education, training, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
