Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance and support to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and provide guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Experience in providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Strong understanding of best practices and standards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Solid grasp of related technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
