Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop the architectural blueprint for the platform, ensuring it meets current and future business needs. Create and manage technical roadmaps and architectural guidelines. 2. Evaluate and advise appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks. 3. Design integration strategies for various external systems to seamlessly integrate with the platforms. 4. Architect solutions that are scalable, reliable, and performant. 5. Ensure that the platform complies with relevant industry standards and regulations. 6. Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and IT teams. 7. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 8. Mentor and guide development teams. 9. Provide technical oversight and ensure best practices in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. In-depth knowledge of software development, systems architecture, and cloud computing(preferably AWS). 2. Strong experience with a programming language(preferably Java), databases, and middleware. 3. Strong expereince in DevOps principles, Infrastructure design, Kubernetes 4. Experince in performance optimization of Databases 5. Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and SOA 6. AWS Certified Solutions Architect(Associate/Professional) certification is good to have. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Platform Engineering. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
